Perm has updated the rules for maintaining the city in winter. The innovations will be applied starting in 2025, Mayor Eduard Sosnin said in his Telegram.

The document sets a clear time frame for clearing the city of snow, icicles and ice. Responsibility for the maintenance of public spaces is assigned to Permblagostrostvo, and for the condition of the adjacent territories — to management companies.

So, if the snow cover is more than 30 cm thick, there is ice and icicles, work on their elimination must be completed within three days. Snow removal to landfills after clearing the passageways must be carried out in 12 days.

According to the <url> news agency, new deadlines have also been set to eliminate the ice. It should be removed from courtyards and driveways within three hours, and from public areas within four.

Earlier it was reported that Perm plans to renovate the park of culture and recreation "Happiness is". Playgrounds and sports grounds will be set up there, a lighting system will be installed and landscaping elements will be installed.
