Izvestia and the Ministry of People's Power for Communications and Information of Venezuela signed a memorandum of cooperation

Izvestia is increasing its presence in South America. On November 27, a cooperation agreement was signed at the Coordination Center of the Government of the Russian Federation between Izvestia and the Ministry of People's Power for Communications and Information of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

The agreement is aimed at strengthening media cooperation between the Russian media holding and the Venezuelan Ministry of People's Power for Communications and Information. It will open up new prospects for close cooperation between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Russian Federation, as well as the exchange of information and the development of international media cooperation.

The memorandum, in particular, provides for the exchange of information and its joint dissemination, joint production of media content, internships for employees, and joint events. This will allow Izvestia and the Ministry of People's Power for Communications and Information of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to more effectively implement their tasks and expand their audience at the national and international levels. The signed agreement will be an important step towards strengthening mutual understanding and trust between Russia and Venezuela, and will also contribute to a more objective and comprehensive coverage of events in both countries.
