Participants of the "Congress: RBC — Public Capital", which took place on November 26, discussed the interaction of government and business in achieving national goals. This was told by the organizers.

Vladimir Petrakov, Deputy Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, stressed that "the standard makes it possible to determine which companies are involved in the social agenda and what their contribution to achieving national goals is."
Asiyat Bagatyrova, General Director of the NGO "Public Capital", noted that the key principles of the standard are transparency, openness and free of charge. At the same time, the improvement of the mechanism of its implementation continues, she said. "Now we are striving to make the assessment as easy as possible for businesses. Georgy Belozerov, Deputy General Director of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives for the Promotion of New Projects, added that "one of the objectives of the Business Public Capital Standard is to build a new loyalty system between government and business based on an empirical assessment of the real impact of companies on increasing public well—being and achieving national development goals." "Therefore, the standard can be adapted by partner countries," Belozerov said.
The event, held at the RBC Event Center, was attended by almost 500 participants, over 160,000 people joined the online broadcast, and 46 speakers participated in six thematic sessions.
In 2025, the NGO "Public Capital" signed agreements with 65 companies, business organizations, foundations, special economic zones in 63 regions of the country, as well as with the administrations of 17 subjects of the Russian Federation. Since August, over 400 companies have been involved in the assessment, about 80% of which are small and medium—sized enterprises.
