International Documentary Film Festival "RT.Doc: The Time of Our Heroes" will be held in the capital of South Ossetia on November 29 and at the same time, on November 28-30, in the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria.

On November 29, the program will include documentaries from the North Caucasus Federal District, including Temirzhan Baysiev's painting "The War at the Next Table." The film is dedicated to the memory of the military commander of the Izvestia Military Training Center, Semyon Eremin. In the spring of 2024, he died in the Zaporozhye area. The war correspondent was a friend of the author of the documentary, Temirzhan Baysiev. The film will also show the life of the participants of the SVO from Kabardino-Balkaria. There is a deep human experience behind each story, which allows us to better understand the price that the characters pay for the peaceful sky above their heads.

At the opening ceremony in Nalchik, guests will see the premiere of RT's war documentary.Olga Kiri's doc "From captivity". The plot centers on the story of Denis Reznikov, a native of Makeyevka: "At first I thought I was going to be shot. They blindfolded me and put me in a pickup truck, in the trunk. They brought me to a house. I was completely beaten up. A couple of days later, they pulled me out of the pit and beat me again."
