French President Emmanuel Macron said on November 25 that France and the United Kingdom, based on the "coalition of the willing," would create a working group to develop security guarantees for Ukraine with the participation of Turkey and the United States.

"We have decided to create a working group that will begin work tomorrow under the leadership of France and the United Kingdom, with the close participation of Turkey, which plays a key role in the maritime sphere, and for the first time with the participation of the United States," Macron said, broadcasting his speech on the social network of the X Elysee Palace.

The French President added. that the size of the Ukrainian army should not be limited.

Some of the possible candidates have already refused to participate in the alliance.
