"The current leader of the far-right party and heir to long-time leader Marine Le Pen would have won more votes than anyone else if the presidential election had been held this week. This was revealed during a survey of 1,000 people on November 19 and 20," Odoxa said in a statement.

According to the survey results, Bardella would have received about 35% in the first round and beat all other candidates in the second round. The Institute notes that for supporters of the far-right party, leading the polls before the election does not guarantee victory, as their opponents often form broad political alliances.

Survey data from the sociological company Verian Group, published on October 30, indicated that the trust rating of French President Emmanuel Macron had dropped to 11%. It was noted that the survey was conducted from October 26 to October 28 among 1,000 adult French citizens.
