Ice sculptures began to be installed in Novy Urengoy
The first ice sculptures dedicated to the New Year began to appear on the airport forecourt in Novy Urengoy (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District). The compositions are united by motifs of the North, the sky and wishes for a good journey.
According to the <url> news agency with reference to the mayor's office, the purpose of the sculptures is to create a festive mood for both passengers and employees of the airline.
The compositions were placed to the right of the terminal. The first is a route map with the most popular flight destinations from Novy Urengoy, and the second includes an image of an Mi-8 helicopter.
Earlier it was reported that on November 20, the All-Russian Santa Claus from Veliky Ustyug, arriving in Moscow, launched the annual Christmas Tree of Desires campaign, which unites Russians since 2018. Children with disabilities, life-threatening conditions, or with disabilities can send their wishes to the New Year's campaign, which is being held by the Movement of the First.
