"According to the results of the examination conducted as part of the investigation of the criminal case, it was established that the material damage amounted to about 500 million rubles," the TASS news agency quoted.

It is noted that the amount of damage has not yet been definitively fixed and it is possible to increase it.

It is also reported that Razin was put on the international wanted list. He faces up to 10 years in prison.

The demand of the state prosecution was influenced by a large number of episodes in the fraud case, experts believe.

On November 24, it became known that Andrei Razin, the former producer of Tender May, was charged with fraud on an especially large scale (Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to the investigation, the producer for a long time used a fake contract with the author of the songs "Tender May" Sergey Kuznetsov and received money as the copyright holder. Later, the Russian Interior Ministry put Razin on the wanted list.
