Sergei Naryshkin, Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation and chairman of the Russian Historical Society, presented Russian passports to the family of French civil servant Georges Pak, known as an informer of Soviet intelligence. This was reported on November 24 by the Rossiya-1 TV channel
"His cooperation with Soviet intelligence was based on a firm ideological and moral foundation," Naryshkin said.
A solemn ceremony of handing over Russian passports was held at the headquarters of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR). The identity document was received by Isabel Pak's daughter and Dimitri Folimonoff's grandson.
