The architecture of the business program of the Russian-Saudi Business Forum has been published

The Russian-Saudi Business Forum will be held in Riyadh on December 1, 2025. The event will be held as part of the 9th meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Russian-Saudi Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation. The Russian side of the Forum is co-organized by the Roscongress Foundation, the Russian-Saudi and Russian-Arab Business Councils with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The forum will bring together representatives of government authorities, development institutions and leading businesses from the two countries.

"Saudi Arabia will be a guest country at SPIEF 2026, and the upcoming business forum is an important stage in preparation. Russian-Saudi cooperation is showing steady dynamics, and the format of direct dialogue allows us to coordinate practical steps to develop cooperation in key sectors of the economy. I am convinced that the event in Riyadh will strengthen mutual trust and allow us to promote specific initiatives on a mutually beneficial basis," said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organizing Committee.

The Forum's program includes thematic discussions on investment cooperation, information and communication technologies, the agro-industrial complex and food security, infrastructure development and the construction sector, industrial cooperation and the mining industry. The thematic blocks will include industry panels, project presentations, and meetings between Russian and Saudi business circles.

The program will also include an off-site session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum "How Technology is Changing Urban Infrastructure," organized jointly with the Russian-Saudi Business Council. The participants will discuss modern approaches to the development of the urban environment, the introduction of digital services, intelligent transport systems and technological solutions for urban management.

"We have been developing business relations with the Arab world for many years. This is a long and painstaking process, requiring first of all mutual trust. Its strengthening is especially important in our rapidly changing world. We are open to economic cooperation with Saudi Arabia in a wide range of areas, from agriculture to space. And today we definitely have something to offer our Saudi partners: the development of tourism and hotel infrastructure, eco-friendly transport and high-tech projects related to digital transformation in various fields and industries, including solutions for smart and safe cities, products from the Russian timber industry, and much more. I hope that the Forum will result in concrete plans and agreements between the leading companies of the two countries," said Vladimir Yevtushenkov, co–chairman of the Russian-Saudi Business Council from the Russian side, founder of AFK Sistema.

An exhibition will be held on the sidelines of the event, which will feature a wide range of initiatives, including the international platform of the Roscongress Foundation Roscongress International and the Territory of Innovation.
