The bodies of a man and a woman were found after extinguishing a fire in a private house in the village of Kostkovo in the Kalininsky district of the Tver region. This was reported on November 24 in the press service of the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation for the region.

"The investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Tver region organized a pre—investigation check on the death of two people on November 24, whose bodies were discovered by employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations while extinguishing a fire in a private house located in the village of Kostkovo," the Telegram channel wrote.

It is specified that a check has been organized on the incident. The regional prosecutor's office confirmed that a man and a woman died in the fire. The establishment of the causes and circumstances of the fire is under the control of the department.

Earlier, on November 21, one child was killed and three children under the age of five were injured in a fire in a private house in the Nazran district of Ingushetia. According to the Government of the Republic, the condition of the three hospitalized children is assessed as stable. The Investigative Committee is conducting an investigation into the incident, as a result of which a procedural decision will be made in accordance with the procedure established by law.
