Rubio called the talks with Ukraine in Geneva the most productive

The negotiations between the United States and Ukraine in Geneva, Switzerland, were the most productive and meaningful. This was announced on November 23 by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio at a press conference following the meeting.

"I personally think we had probably the most productive and meaningful meeting of the whole process, as we were involved in it from the very beginning," he said.
