Lithuania has closed the rail transit of Lukoil's cargo to Kaliningrad
On November 21, the Lithuanian state-owned enterprise Lithuanian Railways (Lietuvos Gelezhinkeliai) announced the suspension of the transit of goods from the Russian company Lukoil to the Kaliningrad Region.
