The Second Western District Military Court found Yevgeny Serebryakov guilty and sentenced him to 25 years in prison (listed as a terrorist and extremist by Rosfinmonitoring), accused of blowing up a car with an officer in Moscow, an Izvestia correspondent reported from the courtroom on November 20.

The person involved must also pay a fine of 1 million rubles. On November 18, the prosecutor requested 28 years in prison and a fine of 1 million rubles for Serebryakov.
