US Secretary of the Army Daniel Driscoll, who is on a visit to Ukraine, plans to hold a meeting with Russian officials later. This was reported on November 18 by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ).
"Driscoll, as well as two US Army generals, were supposed to hold talks with [the Ukrainian president]. Vladimir Zelensky and other Ukrainian officials, as well as high-ranking military representatives and industry representatives. Later, Driscoll intends to meet with Russian officials," the article says.
