Leonid Fedun, former vice president of Lukoil and former owner of Spartak Moscow, has purchased a villa in France worth $87 million. This was announced on November 17 by Nice-Matin.

"Russian billionaire Leonid Fedun has acquired Villa La Favorita in the resort of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. The deal amount is $87 million," the article says.

It is specified that this is not his first purchase of real estate on the Cote d'Azur. In 2011, a man purchased Villa Joya at the same resort for $72 million.

On September 12, The Sporting Tribune reported that Slovenian basketball player and Los Angeles Lakers defender Luka Doncic bought the house of Russian tennis player Maria Sharapova in Manhattan Beach, California, for $25 million. It was clarified that the facility was built in 2015, three years after Sharapova acquired the land.
