Economist Sergey Guriev was added to the list of terrorists and extremists. The relevant information was posted on the official website of Rosfinmonitoring on November 17.

On November 14, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation added journalists Kirill Krivosheev and Elena Kostyuchenko, as well as economist Ruben Yenikolopov, to the register of foreign agents. According to the agency, all those included in the list of foreign agents participated in the creation and dissemination of materials by foreign agents, published false information about the decisions and policies of Russian authorities, and also interacted with foreign structures.
