According to IA AmurMedia, the season is closed in all 40 forestry districts of the region. It has been in effect since April 7. Throughout the season, forest protection officers carried out work to monitor the situation, eliminate fires, and prevent violations.
The first forest fire occurred on April 9, the last one on November 6. A total of 157 forest fires occurred during the season. The gorenje area was more than 71.9 thousand hectares. More than 70% of fires were eliminated on the first day.
