The right to retake one of the subjects of the Unified State Exam is fixed by Rosobrnadzor on an ongoing basis and will be provided to students next year. This was announced on November 17 by the head of the department, Anzor Muzaev.

"Rosobrnadzor will retain the right to retake one of the subjects of the Unified State Exam next year. This initiative remains, it is now on an ongoing basis," he said at a meeting with parents of students at the International Multimedia Press Center "Russia Today," RIA Novosti reports.

Muzaev added that the agency will not introduce additional subjects as part of the retake, and also clarified that from next year, the final exams will always begin no earlier than June 1.

Earlier, on August 21, the agency reported that there had been changes in the structure and content of control measuring materials There will be no OGE and USE, as well as the GVE (state final exam), which will be held in 2026.
