"Today, employers are increasingly looking for mature-age candidates, appreciating their rich experience and honed skills that exceed the capabilities of young people. Thanks to this, the specialists of the older generation remain in demand on the labor market longer," the experts note.

In addition, pensioners are offered high salaries in the fields of production and agriculture (106.7 thousand rubles), as well as construction and real estate (100.4 thousand rubles).

At the same time, pensioners without experience can expect to receive salaries of up to 91 thousand rubles.

It's hard: the gap between the pensions of the employed and the unemployed has reached a minimum since 2021.

When will the payments be equal and what does this mean for the economy?
