The winter charity festival "City of the Caring" will be held in Moscow on December 6-7. According to Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of the capital, Bolotnaya Square will host a fair with goods from non-profit organizations (NGOs), creative workshops, ice shows and interactive events.

Festival visitors will be able to "get acquainted with the programs of Moscow NGOs and make gifts to their loved ones with their own hands," Sergunina noted. According to her, in previous seasons the project attracted more than 90 thousand people.
The charity fair will feature knitted toys, clothes, dishes, soap and souvenirs created by the wards of Moscow NGOs.

Those who wish will be able to participate in creative activities. They will be offered to decorate Christmas Tree toys, make New Year candles, postcards, brooches, scented sachets, and make beds for homeless animals from shelters.

An educational quest will be organized as part of the festival, where participants will learn about the work and socially significant initiatives of the capital's NGOs.

An ice rink will also be flooded on the square, where fabulous theatrical shows dedicated to stories of kindness will be shown.
