Russians must pay land, transport and property taxes by December 1, otherwise penalties will be accrued the next day. This was announced on November 15 by Igor Antropenko, a member of the State Duma Committee on Industry and Trade, the United Russia party.

"Property tax, land and transport tax must be paid by December 1. It is important not to accumulate debts to the tax service, because starting from December 2, penalties will be charged," he said in an interview with TASS.
