As a result of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) A civilian was injured in a car attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Belgorod region. This was announced on November 13 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"The driver is injured. An ambulance crew is delivering a man with barotrauma, shrapnel wounds to the head and neck to the regional clinical hospital," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Gladkov clarified that the victim is receiving all necessary medical care. The vehicle was damaged as a result of the attack.
