Experts named the most liquid Chinese cars in Russia

The list of Chinese brand cars with the best residual value (they can be resold most profitably in a few years) mainly includes Haval, Geely and Chery models. On November 13, experts from Avito Auto told Izvestia about this, who studied ads on the platform for the sale of used cars.

The study used data on current average prices in the aftermarket of cars aged three years, which were compared with the prices of new offers for the same models in 2022. The Haval Jolion turned out to be the most liquid Chinese car: in three years, its price decreased by 23.3%, and in October 2025 it sold for an average of 1.67 million rubles. It is followed by Haval F7x (-26.6%; 1.94 million rubles) and Haval F7 (-26.7%; 1.88 million rubles).

The top five also included Geely Tugella, which has become 29.9% cheaper — it is now being sold for 2.61 million rubles, as well as Exeed LX, whose cost is 31.8% lower than three years ago (1.82 million rubles).

Geely Coolray (-32.9%; 1.65 million rubles), Chery Tiggo 4 (-33.4%; 1.16 million rubles) and Geely Atlas Pro (-34.4%; 1;85 million rubles) are a third cheaper than when they were bought three years ago. Chery Tiggo 8 Pro (-34.5%; 1 96 million rubles) and Chery Tiggo 7 Pro (-34.9%; 1.62 million rubles).

Earlier in the day, it was reported that the weighted average price of a new passenger car in Russia in October 2025 was 3.43 million rubles, which is a record in the history of market surveillance. The weighted average price of a used passenger car in October also turned out to be a record and reached 1.23 million rubles.
