Zakharova announced that Kiev had disrupted the agreements on the exchange of prisoners.

The Ukrainian side has disrupted the last agreements reached on the prisoner exchange. This was announced on November 12 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

She noted that during the negotiations, the Russian side put forward specific proposals, including those related to exchanges.

"The Kiev regime broke the last promises on exchanges — less than 30% of the 1.2 thousand agreed were changed. The citizens of Ukraine should know this," Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel.
