Ukrainian special services may be involved in an incident with an explosive device in Krasnogorsk, near Moscow, during which a boy was injured. This was stated by retired FSB Major Alexander Mikhailov on Wednesday, November 12, while he called for making final conclusions based only on the facts.

"We can assume anything. I am in favor of the fact that we need to proceed from real information and real facts that make it possible to reach not only the perpetrators, but to find out the goals that these scoundrels set for themselves," he said in an interview with aif.ru .

Mikhailov noted that if the Kiev regime was involved in the incident, then the goal was probably the following: the worse it gets in Russia, the better, regardless of who is affected — a child, an adult or an infrastructure facility.
