Sochi's "shadow king" Robson detained in Armenia

Crime boss Robson (real name — Ruben Tatulyan) was detained in Armenia. This was announced on November 12 by a source of Izvestia.

According to the source, Robson was detained on November 7, but later released. According to Izvestia, he has Armenian citizenship.

In Russia, Tatulyan is wanted under the articles "Murder", "Fraud" and "Organization of a criminal community", he was arrested in absentia.

In September 2023, Tatulyan underwent a series of searches in Sochi in the case of multibillion-dollar embezzlement in the field of land use. This was due to suspected fraud during the construction of shopping malls and housing complexes in the city.

According to investigators, in 1998 Tatulyan created a criminal community that engaged in extortion, embezzlement and physical elimination of individuals. The community has recorded high-profile crimes, including threats of physical violence and contract killing. Robson is also involved in another criminal case.
