In Krasnogorsk, a boy was injured due to an explosion while lifting a bill

In Krasnogorsk, Moscow region, a teenager was injured after he tried to pick up a banknote from the ground. This was announced to Izvestia on November 12 by the coach of the local sports club, Vladimir Sharupich.

According to him, the boy noticed the money and bent down to pick it up, after which an explosion occurred.

"I came out of training and there was a child lying on the ground, a crowd of people and an ambulance around. I walked over... I heard people around me saying that a child was walking and saw money lying on the ground and decided to pick it up. There was an explosion," he said.

The teenager suffered a serious hand injury. The cause of the explosion has not yet been determined. There are no official comments from law enforcement agencies at the moment.
