The Polish president demanded an apology from the heads of the special services for refusing the meeting.

On November 11, Polish President Karol Nawrocki complained that the heads of the Polish special services did not come to the traditional meeting before the annual ceremony of promotion of officers of the army, military counterintelligence and the Internal Security Agency, and demanded an apology.

"For the first time since 1989, the heads of the special services refused to meet with the Polish president. I am waiting for an apology and the appearance of the heads of the special services to talk [with them] about the issues of raising ranks," Navrotsky said in an interview with TV Republika.
