The level of trust of Russians in Putin was 77%

Russian President Vladimir Putin is trusted by 77% of the country's citizens. This is evidenced by the results of a survey by the Public Opinion Foundation (POM), published on November 7 on the website.

According to the results, 77% of Russians surveyed trust the president. Also, 79% of citizens are confident that he is doing his job well as head of state.

The levels of positive assessment of the work of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and the Russian government were 54% and 53%, respectively.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in October that VTsIOM data, according to which 77.8% of Russians trust Putin and 80% trust Russian military personnel, are telling indicators. According to him, these indicators are independently measured. He added that these data indicate the consolidation of society around the president, as well as around the Armed Forces, which carry out the tasks assigned as part of a special military operation.
