Ryskov said that the location of the facilities prevents the cadastral registration of the land of the forest fund and the holding of an appropriate auction. According to him, the cadastral boundaries of the plots owned by Gordon are limited to a total area of 1,080 square meters, while he additionally uses the state territory of 1,422 square meters.

The businessman asks to issue an order to Alexander Gordon on the demolition of the gazebo and the transfer of communications from the lands of the forest fund within six months, as well as to collect money from the TV presenter for the use of public lands with an area of 1,422 square meters. m for the last three years.
