Saratov businessman Gleb Ryskov sent an appeal to law enforcement and regulatory authorities demanding the demolition of the capital gazebo of the TV presenter "Men's and Women's" Alexander Gordon, erected, in his opinion, on the lands of the forest fund. This is reported in the complaint of the entrepreneur.

"However, a capital gazebo with a stove and utilities was erected on the lands of the forest fund: Dmitrov forestry, Marfinsky district forestry, in the absence of a lease agreement for a forest site, a forest development project, with significant violations of fire safety standards," the appeal says.

Ryskov said that the location of the facilities prevents the cadastral registration of the land of the forest fund and the holding of an appropriate auction. According to him, the cadastral boundaries of the plots owned by Gordon are limited to a total area of 1,080 square meters, while he additionally uses the state territory of 1,422 square meters.

The businessman asks to issue an order to Alexander Gordon on the demolition of the gazebo and the transfer of communications from the lands of the forest fund within six months, as well as to collect money from the TV presenter for the use of public lands with an area of 1,422 square meters. m for the last three years. Also, to bring Alexander Gordon to administrative responsibility for the revealed violations.

"The Russian people cannot be deceived. Both in history and today, he feels the truth. He sees the lie. Does not tolerate hypocrisy. The forest is our future, our heritage, which we must pass on to the next generations intact. Therefore, it is unacceptable for anyone, regardless of their social status, profession, fame, or status, to arbitrarily seize forest territories, erect buildings on them, or turn public lands into private property. Everyone knows that everyone is equal before the law, and if someone believes that their position gives them the right to disregard norms and set "their own rules," this should be stopped. I am particularly concerned about the construction of facilities in forests that do not meet fire safety requirements, which can lead to irreparable consequences, and all because of someone's selfishness, negligence, or desire to "make a cozy place" at the expense of common wealth," Gleb Ryskov said in an interview with Izvestia.

Earlier, Ryskov filed a lawsuit against Philip Kirkorov, complained about Alla Pugacheva and demanded to move the bathhouse of a foreign agent Morgenstern. The businessman insists that the coastal strips and forests are a national treasure and should be accessible to all citizens.

Earlier, on October 14, it became known that Ryskov intends to sue singer Philip Kirkorov. In a conversation with Izvestia, he clarified that he had already filed a lawsuit demanding to cancel the artist's deal to acquire a plot along the shoreline of the Moskva River. According to media reports, Kirkorov bought the land back in 2014. In turn, the entrepreneur was trying to get permission to use this shore for a charity tourism project.
