Russian President Vladimir Putin and Samara Region Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev did not hold a meeting in Samara because it took place earlier during the recent visit of the Russian leader to the city. This was announced on November 6 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"There was a separate meeting quite recently during the last visit to Samara," TASS quoted him as saying.
