The Government has prepared a draft of a new National Policy Strategy

The Russian government has prepared a draft of a new Strategy for state national policy until 2036. This was stated on November 5 by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova during a meeting of the Council on Interethnic Relations.

"The last year of the Strategy's implementation is coming to an end. It should be replaced by a new document that takes into account modern realities. In accordance with your (Russian President Vladimir Putin's) instruction, the government has developed a draft of such a Strategy until 2036," she said.

The Deputy Prime Minister added that the new draft would be submitted to the Russian leader for consideration in the near future.

On November 1, Putin also instructed the government of the Russian Federation, together with the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Far Eastern Federal District (Far Eastern Federal District), to develop and approve a strategy for the development of the region until 2036.
