Fines will be imposed in Russia for violations in preparation for the heating season. This was announced on November 3 by Sergey Kolunov, Deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

"According to the document, fines for legal entities, including management companies and heat supply organizations, will amount to 40 thousand rubles," RIA Novosti quoted the deputy as saying.
