Heavy rains in the south and warm autumn in Siberia: November in Russian regions

According to the Hydrometeorological Center, weather contrasts will remain in different regions of the country — from showers and winds in the south to plus temperatures in Siberia and Kaliningrad. Meteorologists reported that November in St. Petersburg and southern Russia will be accompanied by frequent precipitation and winds. Roman Vilfand told Izvestia that the probability of precipitation in the Northern capital will be about 80%.

Krasnodar Territory, Crimea and the Black Sea coast expect heavy rains and winds, and the night temperature in the continental regions will drop to 5-8 degrees. In Sochi, the weather will remain relatively warm to +18 degrees, but the water in the sea will remain cool.

In Siberia, on the contrary, warming is expected after a cold October — temperatures will rise in the Omsk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk and Kemerovo regions. The weather in the Kaliningrad Region will remain the most comfortable, while heavy precipitation will continue in the Far East due to cyclone activity.
