Starting from November of this year, Russian telecom operators will be able to block unnecessary SIM cards. They will be able to do this if, according to verification, it turns out that more than 20 rooms have been issued for one person.

According to RIA Novosti, such norms are contained in legislative amendments. It is specified that they were adopted last year.
