Klitschko responded to Zelensky's accusations after the Russian Armed Forces strike
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko responded to accusations by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky regarding the damage caused to the city's energy system as a result of strikes by the Russian Armed Forces. He expressed his reaction to criticism from the Ukrainian leader on October 13 on social networks.
"Looking at all the nonsense and manipulations that have been going on in recent days, I have one question: did Klitschko protect critical infrastructure facilities damaged by enemy missiles and drones, too?" the mayor wrote on the Telegram channel.
Earlier, on October 13, the head of the Kiev city military administration, Timur Tkachenko, said that he had appealed to law enforcement agencies and the General Staff of Ukraine with a demand to check the activities of Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko to ensure the security of the capital.
