The bestseller in the segment of new luxury cars has changed in Russia
By the end of September, the Lamborghini Urus supercrossover became the best-selling new luxury car in Russia, this Italian model topped the rating for the first time this year. Both in nine months and separately in September, sales of luxury cars in the country increased, according to data from the analytical agency Autostat, which Izvestia reviewed on October 15.
In September, the circulation of the Lamborghini Urus was 15 copies (an increase of 200% compared to September 2024). This model replaced the Rolls-Royce Cullinan crossover (13 units; +116.7%), which was the bestseller of the Russian car market in the luxury segment from January to August. The top five were rounded out by Bentley Bentayga and Continental GT, as well as Rolls-Royce Phantom.
The vintage rating in early autumn was topped by Bentley, followed by Rolls-Royce, which had been in the lead for the previous four months (from May to August). This is followed by Lamborghini, Ferrari and Aston Martin. In September, sales of such cars in Russia increased by 50% year-on-year (to 63 units).
In just nine months of 2025, 511 new luxury cars were sold in Russia, which is 25.6% more than in the same period last year. During this period, the top five models in terms of sales volume look like this: Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Lamborghini Urus, Bentley Bentayga and Continental GT, as well as Rolls-Royce Spectre, the brand's first electric car.
The day before, it was reported that the Belarusian crossover Belgee X50, which is produced at the plant near Minsk based on the Geely model, became the best-selling new car in Moscow in 2025. Geely Monjaro, which was the leader in the first half of the year, was the second.
