Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Andrei Grozov as Russia's ambassador to Austria. The relevant document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information on October 14.

"Appoint Andrei Grozov as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Austria," the decree says.
