Saratov businessman Gleb Ryskov has filed a lawsuit against Soviet and Russian pop singer Phillip Kirkorov demanding that the acquisition of land along the shoreline of the Moskva River be cancelled. The entrepreneur himself told Izvestia about this on October 14.

It is specified that we are talking about a plot of 4.2 thousand square meters. According to the businessman, the coastal strips, which are given over to private ownership and development, are a national treasure and should be accessible for recreation and recreation of all citizens without exception.

According to Ryskov, every Russian citizen who is a resident of a megalopolis or a small village has the legal right to be on the shore and "just breathe fresh air by the water" throughout the Russian Federation.

"And people who imagine themselves to be an elite deprive the younger generation of their connection with their native nature, with the very element that has shaped our national character for centuries. This is contrary to all our traditions and all our laws," the businessman said.

On September 24, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow filed a lawsuit against Kirkorov. It is noted that the plaintiff, who is Socium Trade Joint Stock Company (JSC), claims that in 2020 Kirkorov received a loan on individual terms from a Moscow Credit Bank, but did not repay it in full. According to their version, the singer returned only part of the amount, so the company demands to collect the remaining debt.

Later, on September 25, the artist's press secretary Ekaterina Uspenskaya reported that Kirkorov's lawyers were checking reports of an alleged loan debt from the performer.
