A resident of the Tula region will be tried for the death of a baby in an accident

In the Tula region, the prosecutor's office has approved an indictment in a criminal case on the death of a six-month-old child in an accident. Charges were brought against the 47-year-old ATV driver.

According to TSN24, on August 3, a man got behind the wheel in a state of intoxication, without having a driver's license. He lost control of the ATV and allowed the vehicle to roll over and collide with a baby carriage. A six-month-old girl died in the hospital.

A criminal case was opened on the fact of committing a fatal accident while intoxicated. The materials of the criminal case with the indictment were submitted to the court.

In the Leningrad region, a man was fatally injured when a motorcycle collided with a tree. The victim was driving a vehicle without a helmet or other protective equipment.
