Trump says he had a "good" conversation with Zelensky
The head of the White House, Donald Trump, announced that on October 12 he would have a "good" conversation with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on the supply of weapons.
"We had a very good conversation this morning," he told reporters.
In addition, he added that he had discussed with the President of Ukraine the supply of weapons to Ukraine. According to him, Kiev will need more weapons and the United States is considering the possibility of supplies. Oh noted that the United States could potentially transfer high-precision Tomahawk cruise missiles to Kiev if the Ukrainian conflict is not resolved.
In addition, the American leader said that he could discuss the delivery of Tomahawk with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Zelensky said on the same day that he had held telephone conversations with Trump for the second time in the last two days, which he called "very productive." According to him, during the conversation it was possible to reach agreements on energy, air defense and long-range missiles.
