The Russian Armed Forces used a Lancet to destroy Caesar self-propelled guns in the Dnipropetrovsk region

The calculation of the Lancet barrage ammunition from the Russian Vostok group of forces destroyed the Caesar self-propelled artillery system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Dnipropetrovsk region. This was announced on October 11 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

According to the ministry, the calculation of the reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) "Supercam" recorded the movement of the artillery installation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and its exit to the firing position. After transmitting the exact coordinates, the operator directed the barrage munition in the direction of the target.

The Lancet struck the ACS while preparing to fire. As a result of the explosion of the ammunition, the installation was destroyed along with the crew.

Earlier that day, it was reported that the gunners of the Vostok group of forces destroyed the AFU UAV control center in the Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result of the work of the Russian military, the control center, communications equipment and shelters with the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed, the Defense Ministry concluded.
