The Cabinet of Ministers has reduced the permissible number of permits for temporary residence of migrants in Russia. This is stated in a government decree published on October 8 on the website of the official publication of legal documents.

"To establish a quota for the issuance of 3802 temporary residence permits in Russia to foreign citizens and stateless persons for 2026," the text of the order says.
