As a result of a gas explosion in an apartment building in the city of Krasny Luch in the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR), an emergency regime was introduced. This was announced on October 5 by the head of the city Sergey Solovyov.

"Following the meeting, the commission made a unanimous decision to introduce a municipal—level emergency regime on the territory of the municipality," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

Solovyov noted that all services are working in an enhanced mode, and the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations continue to sort the rubble.

The regional Ministry of Emergency Situations added that as a result of the incident in Krasny Luch, two floors of an apartment building collapsed. According to the agency, according to preliminary information, there are no casualties.
