The Grad multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) of the Center group of forces struck a fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Red Army area of the special military operation zone. The corresponding footage is published by Izvestia on October 5.

"A large fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been covered, in which the enemy was accumulating forces for another attempt to counterattack. In an attempt to contain the offensive in the Red Army direction, Kiev pulled together almost all the reserves that the regime had left," said correspondent Alexander Safiulin.

He added that each salvo of the crew paralyzes work on the entire section of the line of contact (LBF). Such support allows the Russian army to move forward.

During the operation of the combat vehicle, the sky around is controlled by five fighters who are distributed around the perimeter. At the same time, one of them monitors the detector of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

"We are working on strong points, fortified areas, accumulations of enemy equipment and personnel," said Sholban Mongush, commander of the MLRS platoon of the Center group.

At the moment, Russian troops are breaking through to Dimitrov in the Red Army area, and they are also advancing in the Udachnoye and Kotlino areas, while there are successes east of Shakhovo in the Dobropolsky sector.

A day earlier, the Russian army hit energy facilities that ensure the operation of the military-industrial complex (MIC) of Ukraine. In addition, Russian military personnel hit the enemy's long-range UAV launch sites, as well as temporary locations of Ukrainian armed formations, nationalists and foreign mercenaries in 143 districts.
