Investigators have opened a criminal case on violation of the rules of operation of transport in connection with the crash of the An-2 aircraft in the Ermakovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. This was announced on October 3 by the Eastern Interregional Investigative Department for Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the rules of safety and operation of air transport, which negligently caused the death of more than two persons")," the agency's Telegram channel says.
