Flight restrictions lifted at Sochi and Gelendzhik airports

Temporary restrictions on aircraft admission and release have been lifted at Sochi and Gelendzhik airports. This was announced on October 3 by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.

"Sochi Airport. Gelendzhik. Restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft have been lifted," his Telegram channel says.

According to a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency, restrictions were imposed to ensure flight safety. During the period of restrictions on alternate airfields, 10 aircraft "left".

It was clarified that the aircraft crews, air traffic controllers and airport services had taken all necessary measures for safety during flights.
