Putin said about the possible instability of the global energy sector without Russian oil

Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting of the Valdai discussion club on October 2 that the global energy situation would be unstable without Russian oil.

He noted that a drop in Russian oil volumes would instantly send prices above the $100 per barrel target.

At the same time, the Russian leader added that the international energy sector would remain stable one way or another, as the demand for energy resources and their consumption would grow.
