NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte raised his voice against Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal during a dispute over the bloc's response to the flight of Russian MIG-31 fighter jets. This was reported on October 2 by the Fox News channel, citing sources.

It is noted that Rutte spoke about the inadmissibility of too frequent application of the 4th article of the alliance on consultations in case of a possible security threat. Earlier, Estonia used it after the incident with the Russian planes.

"One of the sources reported that he even raised his voice at Michal, warning that NATO should be careful about how often to sound the alarm," the publication says.
